Cornerstone Coffeehouse offers a full lunch on Mondays through Fridays, and a freshly prepared "grab and go" menu on Saturdays. Our diverse and healthy lunches are made from fresh ingredients, and they change daily. Each weekday we feature a hot panini sandwich, along with two cold sandwiches- one is pre-made each morning, and the other is made-to-order. The sandwiches come with a choice of chips or greens on the side. We also feature at least two soups, several varieties of salad, and quiche. Below you can see what we offer every day, as well as what special soups and sandwiches are on the menu this week!
We also offer an extensive selection of homemade baked goods including a full selection of "No Refined Sugar, Lowfat" goodies. Each morning we have cinnamon buns and rolls, fresh muffins, and scones. Our breakfast cookies are a delicious start to the day, or power up with our homemade sports bar or "Healthy Breakfast Sandwich". The baked oatmeal with fresh fruit will fill you up any time of day.
