Della Hoke is a member of the Camp Hill High School Class of 1977 and a graduate of Penn State, class of '81, where she has a B.A. in Art.

Her current displays are all pastels, which she has recently learned to love. She made her first pastel painting many years ago and initially, she gave up. With her retirement in 2024, she worked up the confidence to try again by taking a pastel art class in 2025. After visiting  The Bowers in Shermansdale, PA, Della had all the inspiration she needed (pictured below). From there on, Della continued making the marvelous pieces you see here today at Cornerstone.

Though Della is showing off her pastel work, her work does not end there. She has used pencil and pen, & ink for as long as she can remeber.

Please join us in celebrating Della and her fabulous work for the entire month of October.
